How secure is this website? |

Our network of websites all lead to our online catalog for secure order processing. Your order information is stored with the highest encryption available, and we do not store any credit card numbers or information after your order.

Why do you record my computer's IP Address? |
|
|
When you place an order with us, we automatically record the unique internet protocol address (IP Address) of the computer you are ordering from. This is done for security reasons, and also helps us verify your location when you use your credit card.

Can I use my credit card? |
|
Yes, you can use your credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club and American Express. Your order will be processed once your credit card is approved on our secure server. This means that the information you send in is encrypted and can not be read by others during transit. If you choose to use a credit card but don't feel comfortable entering your number over the web, you can call, or e-mail in your order with your credit card information.

Why do you need the code on the back of my credit card? |
|
On Visa or Mastercards, there is a series of numbers printed in the signature area on the back of the credit card, with the last three digits being the CVV2 code. (American Express has 4 digits on the front) This code helps us to verify that you have physical ownership of the credit card. The CVV2 code is necessary to process your order.

Do you charge sales tax? |

Sales tax is only charged to purchases made in the state of Indiana.
Indiana residents are charged our current sales tax percentage at 6%.

How much is my shipping? |
|
Shipping and Handling Charges are different for each item. The posted shipping & Handling charge is for the main 48 United States ONLY. You must call to make your order if you are not shipping your item to the contiguous 48 states.
Standard FedEx Ground Shipping is by default, and S&H charges are posted on each web site for each item.

Can I phone in my order? |

If you would like to call in your order, please dial (888) 530-PART. Our customer service representatives will be happy to help you. Our hours of operation are M-F, 8am to 5pm, Eastern Time.

Do you accept orders from outside the United States? |
|
We are currently accepting international orders over the phone only. Due to manufacturing agreements, we may not be able to ship some products outside of the U.S. Please call our customer service department for more information.
