Mid-Tube Headers
All Mid-Tube headers are engineered to deliver the most performance gain while retaining all required pollution control and engine management hook ups, including the stock or stock-replacement catalytic converters. All headers use 3/8" thick, CNC-machined flanges, mandrel-bent 16-guage steel tubing and include all gaskets, hardware and tubing necessary to connect to stock catalytic converter.
QuikTrip Long Tube Headers
A quality, value-priced alternative to unnecessarily more expensive long tube designs. Manufactured in the U.S.A. by PaceSetter, using flash-controlled 16-gauge carbon steel tubing for greater durability. The mandrel bends and CNC-machined steel flanges insure the best performance and fit. Welded O-ring port seals are CNC-milled to insure a leak-free installation. Gaskets and fasteners necessary for installation are included.
ARMOR* Coat
ARMOR coat is a polished, metallic ceramic coating that resists rust and corrosion while reducing underhood temperatures. Each header undergoes an extensive preparation phase followed by two applications of the coating and a high-temperature curing process. ARMOR coat won't discolor like chrome or nickel plating or burn off like standard paint finishes and it is easy to clean. |
