Some fuel injectors with inherent design flaws simply can not be remanufactured. In those instances we supply new replacement parts.
Electronic fuel injection systems have been in use since the 1980's when computer technology achieved a point at which control of the injector was possible. The improved engine management and fuel economy characteristics associated with fuel injection systems led to their rapid acceptance in the automotive industry. OE manufacturers quickly adopted the use of fuel injection, introducing them into virtually all vehicle power plants by the early 1990's.
If your car is over ten years old it likely needs more than a typical tune up to bring back its original performance. Extensive test data shows than a fuel injector deteriorates slowly and after ten years should be replaced
